We made 2 great fundings on Monday 5th October – made possible only by YOUR generosity.
We funded Medecins sans Frontieres with €2,700 for their medical service for Syrian refugees in the camps in and around Syria.
These funds came from once-off donations. The tragic news of the attack on the MSF hospital in Afghanistan underlines the danger of this front-line medical service.
We also funded Foundation Nepal with €1,000 for their home rebuilding programme in Humla, Nepal.
These funds were from pedometer donations from ESB staff taking part in the Pedometer Challenge.
Please don’t forget that any once-off donations made in October will be ring-fenced for work with Syrian refugees.
You can donate online, right here, right now!
Thank you all for your continuing generosity.
