Our ElectricAid Cyclone Idai Emergency Appeal has just reached an amazing €20,545. Many thanks to all who have supported the campaign so far.
Funds from this appeal will be used for longer term reconstruction efforts in affected areas of Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, helping thousands of families in need. Sadly, this disaster is no longer making headlines in the news, but reports from ElectricAid partners on the ground paint a picture of devastation and despair as many have lost everything. Waterborne diseases have been reported and crops washed away.
