Christian Aid’s application to ElectricAid was for the re-design and completion of a local irrigation scheme in South Omo, Ethiopia. ElectricAid’s modest contribution of €8,712, together with similar co-funding from the Church of Ireland Bishops’ Appeal, has leveraged the completion of a relatively-large project.
